How It Works
From the first request to the closing table, keep the date, location, and people together in one place.
1. Request a closing date/time
Any involved party can book a closing, including a buyer or seller in a For Sale By Owner transaction. Choose your closing attorney or title company and an available date and time.
2. Get confirmation
The closing agent confirms the request. Only the designated closing agent can reschedule, cancel, or mark the closing complete.
3. Bring everyone together
Invite other parties involved to a shared closing page. Real estate agents and loan officers will need to create a free account if they haven't already joined. Add the closing to your calendar.
